Mailbox Millionaire Club (“MMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at mailboxmillionaire.club and provides productized AI systems and services for small business owners. Our contact email is mailboxmillionaireclub@gmail.com.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly

• Google Forms (AI Content Kickstart):When you submit our free AI Content Kickstart form, you provide your name, email address, and business information. This form is hosted by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Email contact: When you contact us at our email address, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Purchase information: When you make a purchase, you provide payment details which are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe handles all payment data.

Information collected automatically

• Cookies and tracking: We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) on our website, which loads analytics scripts that collect data about your visit, including pages viewed, time spent on site, browser type, and approximate location. See Section 5 for full cookie details.
• Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic request data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and page paths.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To deliver the service or product you requested (including sending your AI Content Kickstart via email)
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests
• To process and manage payments and subscriptions
• To communicate service updates, billing changes, or important notices
• To improve our website and services using aggregated analytics data
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services that may receive, process, or store your data as part of delivering our services. Each is subject to its own privacy policy.

• Stripe:payment processing. Handles all card data. We receive a transaction record but not your full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
• Google (Forms, Gmail, Tag Manager, Analytics):we use Google Forms to collect intake information, Gmail to deliver automated email responses, Google Tag Manager to manage analytics scripts, and Google Analytics (GA4) to measure site usage. Google's privacy policy governs data processed through these services.
• Notion:digital products (The Blueprint) are delivered as Notion templates. When you access a Notion link, Notion's privacy policy applies. We do not share your personal information with Notion beyond what is inherent in sharing a template link.
• Vercel:our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes request data as part of hosting our site. Vercel's privacy policy applies.

5. COOKIES

Our website uses cookies (small text files stored in your browser). We use the following categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled. They include session and security cookies set by our hosting infrastructure.
• Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to help us understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and anonymised. These cookies are active if you do not opt out.

You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. DATA RETENTION

• Email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years or as required to fulfil ongoing services.
• Purchase and billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.
• Google Form submission data is subject to Google's retention policies.
• Analytics data is retained in GA4 for 14 months by default.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

All users

• The right to know what personal data we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)

European Economic Area (EEA) users: GDPR

• Our lawful basis for processing your data is: (a) contract performance, to deliver services you've purchased; (b) legitimate interests, to improve our services and communicate with you; and (c) consent, for analytics cookies.
• You have the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to processing.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents: CCPA

• You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.
• We do not sell personal information. We do share data with service providers (Stripe, Google, Vercel, Notion) as described in this policy.
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are intended for adults operating businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
