TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from Mailbox Millionaire Club (“MMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. OUR SERVICES

MMC offers the following products and services:

  • AI Content Kickstart (Free): A no-cost service where you submit a short form and receive personalised AI prompts delivered to your inbox. No purchase required.
  • The Blueprint ($97, one-time): A digital product: a Notion template containing 10 AI prompt systems. Delivered via a Notion template link upon payment. This is a digital download product; all sales are final.
  • Subscription services (The Mailbox, The Hub, The Dispatch): Monthly recurring services where MMC builds, deploys, and manages AI agents for your business. Billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Custom and high-ticket services (The Courier, The MMC): Bespoke engagements with custom pricing and scope. These are subject to separate agreement and are available by application or invitation only.

3. PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.
  • For subscription services, your card will be billed automatically on the same date each month from the date you first subscribed.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of access to managed services until payment is resolved.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCT: THE BLUEPRINT

The Blueprint is a digital product delivered as a Notion template. By purchasing:

  • All sales are final. Because this is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, no refunds are offered under any circumstances. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the template and its contents for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template with others.
  • The intellectual property in the template (including the prompt systems, structure, and methodology) remains the property of MMC. Your licence is perpetual but conditional on not violating these terms.

5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

For monthly subscription services (The Mailbox, The Hub, The Dispatch):

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at mailboxmillionaireclub@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.
  • No prorated refunds: Partial-month refunds are not available. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged for the following month, but no refund is issued for the remaining days in your current period.
  • Service continuity: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or changes to your service will be communicated in advance where possible.
  • On cancellation: Upon expiry of your paid period, MMC will cease managing your AI systems. You will retain access to any Notion workspaces or documents that have been shared with you, but active automation management will stop.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

For all managed and custom services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business during onboarding
  • Respond to intake questions and information requests in a reasonable timeframe
  • Grant necessary access to platforms, tools, or accounts required to deliver the service
  • Not use any MMC-built systems for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you do not constitute a failure of service by MMC.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Productized services (The Mailbox, The Hub, The Dispatch): The methodology, templates, prompt structures, and systems used to deliver these services are the intellectual property of MMC. You receive the benefit of these systems during your active subscription but do not acquire ownership of the underlying IP.
  • Custom services (The Courier, The MMC): Specific terms regarding intellectual property for bespoke builds will be addressed in your individual service agreement.
  • Your content: Any content, data, or information you provide to MMC to build or configure your systems remains your property. We will not use your confidential business information for any purpose other than delivering your service.

8. AI DISCLAIMER & NO RESULTS GUARANTEE

Our services involve the use of artificial intelligence tools including large language models. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content and outputs are provided as-is. MMC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated material.
  • No results are guaranteed.Business outcomes (including revenue, leads, time savings, or any other results) depend on factors beyond MMC's control, including how you use the systems, your industry, market conditions, and your own business decisions. Any examples of results on this website are illustrative and not typical.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them in your business, and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
  • MMC is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content delivered through our services.

9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our services are built on third-party platforms including Notion, and depend on the availability of AI services provided by third parties (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). We are not responsible for changes to, interruptions of, or discontinuation of these third-party services. If a third-party platform materially changes in a way that prevents delivery of your service, we will work with you in good faith to find an alternative solution.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • MMC's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MMC in the 30 days preceding the claim.
  • MMC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • MMC is not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of AI-generated content in your business.

11. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

MMC makes no representation that you will earn any specific amount of money, save any specific amount of time, or achieve any particular business result from using our products or services. Any income figures, time savings, or business outcomes referenced on this website are examples only and are not guarantees. Individual results will vary based on your business, your market, your effort, and many other factors outside our control.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MMC services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You agree to contact MMC directly before initiating any legal proceedings or chargebacks.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
