REFUND POLICY

  • The Blueprint ($97): All sales final. No refunds.
  • Subscriptions ($147–$497/mo): Cancel anytime. No prorated refunds.
  • Custom services (The Courier, The MMC): Governed by individual agreement.
  • AI Content Kickstart (Free): No charge. No refund needed.

THE BLUEPRINT: DIGITAL PRODUCT

All sales of The Blueprint are final. No refunds are offered.

The Blueprint is a digital product: a Notion template delivered immediately upon purchase. Because you receive access to the full product at the time of purchase, there is no mechanism for return. This is standard practice for digital downloads.

Please review the Blueprint product page carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether the product is right for your situation, contact us before buying at mailboxmillionaireclub@gmail.com.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

For monthly subscription services (The Mailbox, The Hub, The Dispatch):

  • Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.
  • No prorated refunds. If you cancel partway through a billing period, no refund is issued for the remaining days. Your access and service management continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • How to cancel: Email mailboxmillionaireclub@gmail.com with your request. Cancellations submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date will be processed before the next charge.
  • Service quality: If you believe your service was not delivered as described, contact us before cancelling and we will work to address it.

CUSTOM SERVICES: THE COURIER & THE MMC

The Courier and The MMC are high-ticket, bespoke engagements. Refund and cancellation terms for these services are defined in your individual service agreement at the time of engagement. If you have questions before committing, contact us at mailboxmillionaireclub@gmail.com.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all billing inquiries and will work with you to resolve legitimate issues promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and services. Fraudulent chargebacks for digital products that were delivered as described will be disputed.
